Annual General Body Meeting
Conducted alongside the Annual DPA CME Conference.
Notice is hereby given to all Life Members of the Deccan Psychiatric Association that the Annual General Body Meeting is held annually to review the academic, financial, and organizational developments of the association.
Standard Meeting Agenda:
- Reading and confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Body Meeting.
- Honorary Secretary's Annual Activity Report.
- Honorary Treasurer's Statement of Audited Accounts for the financial year.
- Approval of upcoming Annual CME venue, dates, and Organizing Committee.
- Discussion on academic initiatives, PG training programmes, and community mental health awareness.
- Election / Induction of Office Bearers (in election years) as per Article XI Section C.
- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
